Antoinette Douglas, Associate (she/her)
Antoinette Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Trinity Washington University and an Early Childhood Certificate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Antoinette has worked as an instructional coach and curriculum manager at District of Columbia Public Schools. Also, she holds the position of Professional Development Manager at AppleTree Public Charter School. It is Antoinette's passion and mission to ensure that children are equipped with the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to be able to excel as lifelong learners.
Candice Durham, Partner (she/her)
Candice holds over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits, public schools, and startup companies. Candice began her career as a digital marketing professional before teaching as a Teach For America corps member. She previously served as an executive talent and communications leader for charter management organizations. Candice excels in talent strategy, leadership development, equity and anti-racism, and communications. She holds undergraduate degrees in marketing communications and human resource management, and is currently pursuing her MBA. Candice is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an alum of the Education Pioneers Emerging Human Capital Leaders Initiative, and a Board Trustee for IDEA Public Charter School in DC.
Chris Lim, Associate (he/him)
Chris is a justice-focused leader with over 10 years of experience working with organizations aimed at creating a more equitable society. He has deep knowledge of and a passion for program and project design and management; coaching and adult learning; and data and evaluation, all through an equity lens. He started his career as a middle school teacher and his experience since then spans various areas, including school administration; research and policy in criminal justice reform and education; creating and managing direct service programs; and overseeing grant-making processes from RFP to grantee management. Chris completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland and holds an MA in Sociology & Education Policy from Columbia University. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his partner and their dog.
Dickey Comeaux, Managing Partner (he/him)
Dickey is a highly empathetic leader who's serious about people development. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a Teacher, Leader, School Developer, and Executive Coach he has been seasoned to the occasion. After supporting organizations in Louisiana and Georgia he moved to the District of Columbia to continue providing people with the much-needed supports to find success. An undeniable game-changer and self-proclaimed fun specialist, Dickey has worked with thousands of stakeholders at multiple levels all to prepare him fully to support organizations at any level. Dickey holds a Bachelors and Masters in Philosophy from Tulane University, as well as a graduate certification in Educational Leadership and Administration from Harvard University.
Trent Grandison, Associate (he/him)
Trent is an operations professional with over a decade of managing, developing, and implementing a multitude of projects. He brings a mission-first/people always approach to all his work. After overseeing proactive and reactive programs to protect high-value assets and personnel worldwide, he returns to the Nation's Capital to support organizations achieve their intended impact. With his broad scope of experience, he is ready to embed his operational wisdom as your success partner.
